Cannot install Alfa AWUSNHA driver on Windows 10.

Actually, when I have it plugged in with that driver installed I can hear the sound that Windows makes when you disconnect a device, it makes that sound about once every 2 seconds over and over and over and over non-stop as if I am plugging it in and pulling it right back out repeatedly. Has anyone been able to figure out how to get this driver to install successfully and then have the device actually working once the driver installs?
